The colour theory book to end all colour theory books. Basically a compact collection of colour pairings and palettes, originally put together in 1930s Japan at a time when people weren’t really thinking about colour in this systematic way yet. Wada treats colour almost like a language, showing how different tones sit together, clash, or quietly balance each other out across hundreds of combinations.
