Shipping Rates
Domestic shipping is free of charge.
All international orders above £500.00 are free of charge.
Bank holiday deliveries are currently unavailable.
If you have requested a specific delivery date (where such an option is available to you), we will notify you if it is not possible to deliver on a relevant day and give you a new delivery time.
Policies
1. Policies are subject to change without notice.
Sales
2. Shipping and billing addresses must be the same for order processing.
Payments
3. Prices are listed in GBP inc VAT.
4. Accepted payments are Paypal, American Express, Visa & Mastercard.
Prices
5. Prices exclude VAT and do not include shipping, duties and import taxes.
Taxes
6. UK Orders: All UK orders are subject to VAT (Value Added Tax), which is baked into the listing prices. International orders will have VAT removed automatically.
7. US Orders: Orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place). This means import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are not included at checkout. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon arrival.

Special Collaboration Items
9. All special drop products, including collaboration items, are final sale.
10. Once an order has been confirmed, it is processed automatically and cannot be modified/cancelled.
11. Special collaboration items' shipping rates are subject to change and are not fixed.
Shipping
12. Orders are shipped out from our London studio every Wednesday.
13. All UK orders are shipped via DPD, Evri, DHL.
14. All EU orders are shipped via DPD, DHL, UPS.
15. All International orders are shipped via DHL, UPS
16. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is processed.
17. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing.
18. If a tracking number is not sent within 3 business days, contact us here.
Order Editing or Cancellation
19. An order cannot be edited or cancelled after fulfilment. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us here immediately. Please note that we cannot guarantee any changes to your order.
Returns UK
20. All items must be returned in their original packaging, in clean, unworn and resalable conditions. If an item does not meet these criteria, it may be denied.
21. You have 14 business days after receiving your package to request a return here. Please note we cannot accept returns for Made To Order pieces.
22. All special drop products, including collaboration items, are final sale.
23. A £5 GBP fee will be applied to all returns.
24. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed once the returned merchandise has reached our studio and has been inspected.
EU
25. All items must be returned in their original packaging, in clean, unworn and resalable conditions. If an item does not meet these criteria, it may be denied.
26. You have 14 business days after receiving your package to request a return here. Please note we cannot accept returns for Made To Order pieces.
27. All special drop products, including collaboration items, are final sale.
28. A £15 GBP fee will be applied to all returns.
29. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed once the returned merchandise has reached our warehouse and has been inspected. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method.
International
30. ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Exchanges
31. Conkers does not carry out direct exchanges. You may alternatively return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order.
Defective or Incorrect Items
32. If the item you receive is defective or incorrect, you have 14 business days upon reception to contact us here. We will require clear pictures to be provided.
Lost Packages
33. Conkers is not responsible for any stolen/lost packages that have been signed for. Costs of stolen/lost parcels are absorbed by the customer.

Following Society of Authors issued fair use copyright guidance (1965), We are a functioning archive and library with no commercial intention regarding the sale of copyright content.
Following stated acceptable boundaries for study and exploration:
- One article from an individual issue of a journal (even if the article is the entire journal issue)
- Up to 10% of a short book (up to 200 pages long)
- One chapter or up to 5% - whichever is greater – of a book or similar publication
- One poem or short story of up to 10 pages
- A report of one case in law reports
