Tucked away behind a row of Victorian houses in Twickenham, London, Barnett Manufacturing is one of the last remaining specialist shirt factories in Britain. Housed in a former boatbuilding workshop once used in connection with the Oxford and Cambridge Boat Race, the factory has spent decades quietly producing some of the finest shirts in the country.

Barnett works with many of Britain's leading shirtmakers, crafting garments for renowned Savile Row and Jermyn Street houses. Their reputation has been built on exceptional workmanship, precision sewing, and an uncompromising attention to detail.

At Conkers, we were drawn to Barnett not only for their skill, but for their willingness to embrace new ideas. Together, we have encouraged the factory to step beyond traditional make and explore more unconventional fabrics.
